While it might seem unnecessary, most successful cooperatives continually use multiple modes of communication listed below to best reach their members. Each person has their “go to” means of communication, and cooperative leaders should be aware of this and meet diverse needs. Please remember…meaningful and consistent communication is key for alignment, engagement, and momentum!  

• Facebook: Facebook is a very popular and effective platform to share the following: discussion items, questions, deer articles and research, NDA links, habitat projects, harvest success, management ideas, trail camera pictures, and asking others to share the deer cooperative Facebook page to engage a broader audience.

• Other “modern” social media platforms

• Door to door interactions
